Refund & Returns Policy

Overview
At Veltrix IT Solutions, we offer premium web-based services such as custom website design, SEO optimization, PPC advertising, and digital business solutions. All services are tailored and delivered digitally, which means “delivery” refers to electronic handover or service completion updates via email.

We do not sell physical goods, so “returns” refer to service corrections or refund eligibility under this policy.


Non-Refundable Services
The following services are considered non-refundable once commenced:

  • Website design/development (after initiation or partial completion)

  • SEO/digital marketing services (after campaigns or strategy deployment)

  • Paid advertising services (once ad spend begins)


Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only considered if:

  • Work has not begun and no deliverables have been shared

  • A confirmed error occurred due to Veltrix IT Solutions

  • You were incorrectly billed

Each request will be evaluated based on time spent, work completed, and client communication.


Cancellation of Recurring Services
If you wish to cancel any monthly or recurring service, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle begins. Cancellations are not eligible for retroactive refunds.

Physical Product Returns Not Applicable
